SpotFacil

For agencies and producers

SpotFacil for agencies, producers and radio stations

Produce spots for many local clients without booking studio time for each one. AI or recorded voices, extra tracks for ambience and effects, mixes for every destination and WAV export.

Your first spot, up to 30 seconds, is free and unbranded.

Agency team editing audio at the mixing desk

Local clients want spots that are fast, cheap and good. A small agency or a radio station's production desk can usually manage two of those. The weekly specials for the supermarket, the tire shop's winter promo, the pizzeria's new menu: each one takes a script, a voice, a track, a mix and a round of changes, and the margins on small accounts don't leave much room.

SpotFacil handles the production steps so your team can spend its time on the scripts and the clients.

How it works

  1. Write or paste the script. The AI drafts from the client's product, offer, audience, tone and length, or you paste the approved copy.
  2. Choose the voice. AI voices for quick turnarounds and drafts, or upload a recording from your voice talent or the client. Recorded voices are cleaned and leveled.
  3. Build the mix. Pick a licensed track from the library or upload your own. Place sound effects on the exact word. Add ambience on extra tracks: crowd, market, rain, traffic.
  4. Let the ducking do its job. The music dips under the voice and comes back up in the pauses, automatically.
  5. Finish for the destination. Radio, broadcast TV (EBU R128, -23 LUFS), social media (-14 LUFS), store speaker, sound truck or WhatsApp.
  6. Export. MP3 on every plan, WAV on the larger plans.

What matters for agencies

Many clients, one workflow. Keep each client's spots and versions organized, and update them when the offer changes.

Fast versions. Three hooks for the client to choose from, a 15 and a 30, an English and a Spanish version, without booking another session.

Your own voices. Use the talent you already work with. Upload their reads and mix them with music and effects in the same tool.

Multitrack control. Voice, music, effects on the word and ambience on separate tracks.

Broadcast-ready output. Loudness targets for radio, TV and social, and WAV for stations that require it.

Licensed music. A library of royalty-free tracks for your clients' spots, so you're not clearing a track for every job.

Drafts for approval. Send the client an AI-voiced draft before you book the voice actor for the final.

Your first spot, up to 30 seconds, is free and without a watermark. Try it on a real client job.

Frequently asked questions

Can we use our own voice talent?

Yes. Upload their recordings, and the system cleans and levels the voice before mixing it with the music and effects. Make sure your agreement with the talent covers the uses you plan.

Do you export WAV?

Yes, on the larger plans. MP3 is available on every plan.

Which loudness standards are supported?

There are destinations for social media (-14 LUFS), broadcast TV following EBU R128 (-23 LUFS), radio, store speakers, sound trucks and WhatsApp. If a station asks for a specific spec, check it against the export before delivery.

Should we tell clients when we use an AI voice?

Yes. Being upfront avoids problems later, and most local clients care more about speed, cost and clarity. Never clone a real person's voice without their written consent.
