Frequently asked questions
- Is there a catch with the free spot?
- No. When you create an account, you get 1 complete voice-over for free, no credits used, with any voice (premium included), and you download the spot with no watermark. To choose, you also get 5 voice previews and 3 AI-written scripts. If the generation fails, it doesn't count. No credit card required. To generate more voice-overs, choose a plan or buy a pack.
- How do credits work?
- 1 credit is 1 character of narrated text: a 30-second spot runs about 450 characters. The short preview only charges for the first sentence. If a generation fails, the credits come back. Mixing and downloading don't use credits.
- What if I run out of credits for the month?
- Buy a one-time pack from your dashboard with a card. Plan credits expire at the end of each month; purchased credits never expire and are used after your plan credits.
- Can I use the audio in paid ads?
- Yes. The voices and library music are licensed for commercial use in ads. If you upload your own music, you need to have the rights to use it.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes, any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, with the prorated difference charged; downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
- What happens if my payment is late?
- We send a reminder before and on the due date. After 10 days overdue, studio access is suspended until payment is made; after 40 days, the subscription is canceled.
- How do I cancel?
- Right from your dashboard. Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. Download any audio you want to keep beforehand.
