Terms of use

SpotFacil is a website for producing audio spots, that is, voiced ads with background music, without a recording studio. You can have artificial intelligence write the script or paste your own text, pick an AI voice or upload your own recording, add music and sound effects, and download a file finished for the destination you choose (social media, radio, TV, sound trucks, in-store speakers, WhatsApp).

The service is provided as available at any given time. Features may be added, changed or removed. Changes that materially reduce what you paid for are announced at least 30 days in advance.

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential, for the information you provide and for everything done with your account. If you notice unauthorized use, let us know right away.

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to use SpotFacil.

When you sign up, you receive 1 free spot: one complete voice-over, with no credits used, with any voice and no watermark, plus 5 voice previews and 3 AI-written scripts. This benefit is limited to one per person: creating multiple accounts to get it again is not allowed and may lead to the cancellation of the benefit and of the accounts involved.

There is no time-based trial. After the free spot, you keep producing through a plan or a credit pack.

Usage is measured in credits. 1 credit equals 1 character narrated by the AI voice. Having the AI write a script costs a fixed number of credits, shown on screen before you confirm. Transcribing a recording you upload is charged per second of audio. Mixing and downloading a spot do not use credits.

Credits from a monthly plan are valid during the billing cycle in which they were granted and do not roll over. Credits from one-off packs do not expire while your account exists.

If a generation fails because of a technical problem, the credits used for it are returned to your account.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for money.

Plans (Start, Pro and Agency), credit packs and current prices are published on the pricing page. You can pay by credit card, processed by Stripe, or by Pix and boleto, processed by Banco Inter.

Plans are monthly and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the cycle already paid, and until then you can keep using that cycle’s credits.

Prices may be updated with 30 days’ notice and apply from the next renewal.

If you are a consumer and purchased online, Brazilian consumer law (art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code) lets you withdraw from the purchase within 7 days. Just ask at contato@spotfacil.com.br.

When you exercise this right, we refund the amount paid. Because credits are consumed at the moment a spot is generated, the portion already used may be deducted, to the extent the law allows.

Outside these cases, there is no refund for credits already used or for billing cycles already started, unless required by law or caused by a failure on our part.

SpotFacil is meant for legitimate ads and communications. You may not use it to produce: illegal content; scams, fraud or misleading claims to consumers; hate speech, threats or discrimination; sexually explicit content; audio that impersonates a real person (such as politicians, artists or public officials) or imitates someone’s voice without authorization; or election advertising outside the rules of electoral law.

SpotFacil does not offer cloning of third-party voices. The available AI voices come from the provider’s voice library and are not imitations of real people.

Before a voice is generated, the text goes through an automatic review. Text that breaks these rules may be blocked. The review does not replace your responsibility for the content.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with notice where possible. Credits from accounts closed for violations are not refunded, unless required by law.

The texts, recordings and music you upload remain yours. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to them, including permission from anyone heard in the recording and a license for any music you upload.

You authorize us to store and process this content only to provide the service: generating the voice, transcribing, mixing and delivering the file. We do not use your content for other purposes or publish it.

You are responsible for the content of the spots you produce and how you air them, including under consumer protection and advertising rules.

You may use the spots you produce on SpotFacil commercially, including those with AI voices and with music and effects from our library, in ads for your business or your clients: radio, TV, social media, sound trucks, in-store audio, WhatsApp and other media.

Library music and effects are licensed for use within your spots. You may not download, resell or distribute them on their own, or use them to build a sound library for others.

The website, brand, code, texts and layout of SpotFacil belong to SpotFacil or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive and revocable license to use them, limited to the purpose of the service. Copying, bulk data extraction, reverse engineering or overloading the site is prohibited.

We work to keep the service available and running well, but we do not guarantee it will be free of interruptions. We rely on suppliers, such as AI and payment providers, and are not liable for their failures beyond our control, or for unforeseeable events and force majeure.

Scripts written by the AI are suggestions. Review the text before generating the voice and before airing the spot: details about price, deadlines and offer conditions are your responsibility.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for damages related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. This limit does not apply where the law prohibits it.

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or on the site 30 days in advance; continuing to use the service after that period means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the city where SpotFacil is headquartered have jurisdiction, except where the law grants consumers the right to sue in their own place of residence. If you live outside Brazil, you also keep the rights granted by your local law, where applicable.
